cuban minister of defense dies at 75

one of the first of the inner circle of castro's regime has died .Gen. Julio Casas Regueiro one of castro's  aids during the revolution who rose to power along with castro's brother raul;had an appearant heart attack. given that he was the number 3 man in power( after raul and castro) in cuba,we may be seeing the first of many cracks to come. As time passes and the rest of the "old gaurd" die off;chances are good that cuba willl open up.over the past few years there has been discussions in several cigar journals of what would happen when this takes place. time will tell what changes may take place but at 46 and a cold war baby I think i will see this in my life time.
